1. Shipping Locations

We ship to all addresses within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.

2. Shipping Fees

• Flat rate of RM10 for all orders within Malaysia only.

3. Delivery Times

• West Malaysia: 3–5 business days
• East Malaysia: 5–7 business days
  We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• In the rare case of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, public holidays), we will keep you updated.
